Executive Assistant II (Finance and Timetabling) in the Community College [RF: 2024/25-FT-140-JDB]
Duties: The appointee will perform administrative duties relating to the payment process and timetabling exercises of the College, which includes coordinating procurement, invoice payment, reimbursements, cash advance matters and other financial matters, assisting in year-end provision as well as the checking of teaching assignments and student timetables. He/She will also provide support to various College events and activities and other ad hoc assignments assigned by supervisors.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree preferably with 1 years’ experience in general administration in the higher education or continuing education sector, Bachelor’s degree holder or with accounting background will be an advantage. He/She should be a good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word processing and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are required.
Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical and dental benefits, 18 days’ annual leave and the use of library facilities will be provided where applicable. The School also provides staff development opportunities.
