    Programme Manager (Nursing) in the Food, Nutrition and Healthcare Subject Group in the College of Life Sciences and Technology   [RF: 2024/25-FT-143-JDB]

     

    Monthly Salary Range: HK$38,860 – HK$64,545

    Duties: The appointee will be involved in the co-ordination, teaching and management of award and non-award bearing programmes in the nursing team of the Food, Nutrition and Healthcare subject area. The scope of duties includes programme management, programme design and development, course promotion and marketing, course teaching and delivery, day-to-day programme administration, co-ordination and liaison with teachers and partners, and clinical supervision to students of the nursing and healthcare programmes.

    Requirements: Candidates should hold the Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and a Master’s degree (or above) in a related discipline. Candidates should also have clinical supervisory and teaching experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are required. In addition, the appointee must be quality-driven and a good team player.

    Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical and dental benefits, 18 days’ annual leave and the use of library facilities will be provided where applicable. The School also provides staff development opportunities.
