    Executive Assistant II in the Maisy Ho Centre for Teaching and Learning   [RF: 2024/25-FT-311-JDB]

     

    Duties:  The appointee will offer logistical support for all staff development activities and events organised by the Centre, assist in coordinating various schemes and initiatives related to teaching and learning, maintain the Centre’s website, edit training videos, manage training records, arrange meetings, handle enquiries and perform other duties as assigned.

     

    Requirements:  Applicants should have attained level 2/grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent. Experience in event management is preferred. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being desirable. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to take up expanded responsibilities are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing, and knowledge of video editing are essential.

     

    Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical and dental benefits, annual leave and the use of library facilities will be provided where applicable. The School also provides staff development opportunities.
