Executive Assistant II (Student Records) in the Community College [RF: 2025/26-FT-013-JDB]
Duties: The appointee will provide support on matters relating to student records of the College. Key duties include coordinating student orientation and registration activities, facilitating course add/drop/swap exercises, and processing scholarship applications and nominations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing student cards and enrolment documents, compiling statistical data, and updating the College website and student information.
Other responsibilities include handling student applications related to tuition fee such as deferment of payment and refund, and requests from the Student Finance Office of the Government. The appointee will handle enquiries from students and teaching staff, provide support to various College services and activities, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree preferably with 1 years’ experience in administration in the higher education or continuing education sector, Bachelor’s degree holder will be an advantage. They should be good in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing. Experience in website design and video shooting is preferable.
Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical and dental benefits, 18 days’ annual leave and the use of library facilities will be provided where applicable. The School also provides staff development opportunities.
