    Executive Assistant II in the Registry Affairs Unit   [RF: 2025/26-FT-174-JDB]

     

    Duties: The appointee will provide support to the administration of certification documents. He/She will handle the centralised production of award parchments and supplements, process applications for replacement of award parchments, maintain parchment/supplement paper stock and relevant records.  He/She will assist in the digitalisation of certification documents and uploading of documents to online platform.  He/She will also be required to render general support to graduation ceremonies and ceremonial events as well as providing administrative support to the Registry Affairs Unit as assigned.

    Requirements:  Candidate should possess a Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree, preferably with experience in administration and event management in the higher education or continuing education sector.  A Bachelor’s degree will be an advantage.  He/She should be meticulous and attentive to details, good in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.

    Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical and dental benefits, 18 days’ annual leave and the use of library facilities will be provided where applicable. The School also provides staff development opportunities.
