- Assist in the overall coordination and logistical management of major anniversary events;
- Support the 70th Anniversary Working Group and Gala Dinner Committee by coordinating with various internal units, alumni leaders, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of events;
- Contribute to the development and rollout of branding and publicity initiatives, such as the commemorative logo, tagline, and promotional materials;
- Liaise between different stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and communication across all anniversary-related projects;
- Provide administrative support to help manage project timelines and resources, balancing the anniversary events with other parallel institutional priorities.
- A recognised degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience in event organisation, project coordination or committee support, preferably in a tertiary institution or sizeable organisation;
- Proven experience in organising committee meetings, including meeting logistics, preparation of papers, minutes taking, documentation and follow up actions;
- Solid experience in organising events and hospitality arrangements, including liaison with venues, guests, alumni and service providers;
- The ability to support large scale events involving multiple stakeholders and tight timelines;
- A mature, self-motivated and well organised working style, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure;
- Good documentation, presentation and writing skills, with strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficiency in common office applications and relevant digital tools to support coordination, reporting and promotional work;
- Experience and skills in the use of AI tools and applications will be an advantage.

Duties: The appointee will provide essential support to the planning and execution of the School's 70th Anniversary celebratory initiatives scheduled for 2027. The main duties include but are not limited to the following:
