    Temporary Student Assistant in the Quality Assurance and Enhancement Unit   [RF: 2025/26-PT-216-JDB]

     

    Duties:  The candidate will assist with the digitisation of documents, which include scanning, organising electronic files, and disposing of obsolete records. They will also perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements: 

    • (i) Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent; or (ii) Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
    • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua, proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing;
    • Demonstrates patience, a strong sense of responsibility, and good work ethics, including the ability to manage information with strict confidentiality and keen attention to detail.

     

    Terms of Appointment: the contract will be on temporary basis from May to August 2026.
