    Temporary Executive Assistant II (Admissions & Academic Liaison) in the Community College   [RF: 2025/26-FT-206-JDB]

     

    Duties: The appointee will provide support to the admissions and student recruitment, College publications, various events as well as outreach initiatives, promotion and alumni relationship development. He/She will also perform other administrative duties such as answering enquiries, compiling statistics and reports, maintenance of database and ad hoc duties as assigned.

             

    Requirements:  Candidates should possess a Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree preferably with 1 year’s experience in administration, student recruitment and event management in the higher education or continuing education sector, Bachelor’s degree holder will be an advantage.  He/She should have good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and high proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing. Skills and experience in multimedia and digital marketing are preferable.

     

    Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
