Executive Assistant II (Technical Support) in the Community College [RF: 2025/26-FT-245-JDB]
Duties: The appointee will provide IT support to College staff and students. Key responsibilities include assisting in the development and enhancement of the College’s IT systems and websites; supporting and fine-tuning the student timetabling system; assisting in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software in the College; compiling statistical data and reports; and updating internal documentation, operating procedures, and user manuals. He/She will also assist with IT procurement, coordinate with vendors, conduct user training, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree in Computing, Information Systems or a related discipline, preferably with 1 years’ experience in web-based programming, database management and end-user support. Bachelor’s degree holder will be an advantage. They should be responsible and independent with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, and basic knowledge of AI office applications are required.
Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical and dental benefits, 18 days’ annual leave and the use of library facilities will be provided where applicable. The School also provides staff development opportunities.
