    Executive Assistant II in the Chinese Medicine Subject Group in the College of Life Sciences and Technology (One-year contract)   [RF: 2026/27-FT-005-JDB]

     

    Duties: The appointee will assist the Programme Leader and Programme Manager in managing programmes assigned. The scope of duties includes student admission, course promotion, class timetabling, examinations arrangement, maintenance of student/teacher records and filing, meeting coordination and report preparation. He/She should also perform office duties including answering general / telephone enquiries, data input, report preparation, liaison with internal and external parties, etc. 

    Requirements: Candidate should possess a Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree preferably with 1-2 years working experience in administrative work. Holder of a Bachelor’s degree will be an advantage. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing, strong sense of responsibility, effective organisational skills and self-motivation are essential. The Candidate should also be detail-minded, able to work independently and handle complex tasks efficiently.

    Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
