    Temporary Executive Assistants II in the College of Business and Finance   [RF: 2026/27-FT-009-JDB]

     

    DutiesThe appointees will perform course/general administration and office duties, including counter services, general enquiries, programme promotion, English and Chinese word processing, data input, liaison with internal and external parties, student recruitment and admission (mainly from the Chinese Mainland and overseas), timetabling, course selection, examinations, maintenance of student/staff records and filing.  Overtime work may be required.

     

    Requirements:  Applicants should possess a Higher Diploma or Associate Degree, preferably a Bachelor’s Degree.  They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese; strong interpersonal, communication and administrative skills; and the ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Chinese word processing and data entry, with keen attention to detail, is essential.  Familiarity with GenAI tools for office administration and leveraging social media platforms to communicate and engage with potential students, current students, and alumni are highly desirable.  Experience in processing student-related documentation, maintaining records, coordinating timetabling, room bookings and teacher appointments, as well as familiarity with Chinese Mainland’s tertiary education system, would be an advantage.  Candidates should demonstrate key attributes and core competencies, such as resilience, self-motivation, a proactive “can-do” mindset, and a willingness to learn.

     

    Terms of Appointment:  Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will be on a temporary basis for 1 year.
