Executive Assistant II (Admissions & Academic Liaison) in the Community College [RF: 2026/27-FT-020-JDB]
Duties: The appointee will provide support to the College publications, maintain website and social media, student engagement and recruitment activities, scholarships, ceremonies, education expos, and alumni relationship development. He/She will also perform other administrative duties including responding to enquiries, compiling statistics and reports, maintenance of database and other ad hoc duties as assigned. Occasional travel outside Hong Kong maybe required.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree, preferably with 1 year’s experience in administration, student recruitment and event management in the higher education or continuing education sector, Bachelor’s degree holder will be an advantage. He/She should have good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), high proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing. Knowledge in the use of AI tools and applications, as well as skills and experience in multimedia and digital marketing are preferable.
Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical and dental benefits, 18 days’ annual leave and the use of library facilities will be provided where applicable. The School also provides staff development opportunities.
