- plan, implement and evaluate integrated marketing and branding campaigns to support programme promotion and enhance the School's profile;
- monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports with actionable recommendations for improvement;
- coordinate the planning and delivery of School events, ceremonies, exhibitions and other institutional activities;
- liaise and work closely with programme teams, internal departments, agencies and vendors to ensure the effective delivery of marketing and communication projects;
- develop and manage bilingual marketing and communication materials, including digital content, marketing collateral, the School Prospectus and other publications;
- drive workflow enhancement and team productivity through the effective adoption of digital and AI-enabled tools; and
- coordinate project teams and supervise support staff to ensure quality deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, with at least four years of relevant working experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, event management, project management or related fields;
- An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), with strong bilingual copywriting, editing and presentation skills;
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns, major events or multi-stakeholder projects involving internal departments, external agencies and service providers;
- Practical experience in applying digital and AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation, workflow efficiency and marketing effectiveness will be an advantage;
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders;
- Experience in planning or executing campaigns targeting the Greater Bay Area market will be an advantage; and
- Flexibility to support major institutional events and ceremonies outside normal office hours when required.

Duties
Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Communications, the appointee will support the planning and delivery of the School's marketing communications, publications, institutional events and brand initiatives. Major duties include:

Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical and dental benefits, 18 days’ annual leave and the use of library facilities will be provided where applicable. The School also provides staff development opportunities.
